Shipping policy

All Snuggly orders are scheduled for courier service through a company called uAfrica whereby we select the best courier company and service, that services your delivery address efficiently. Currently we use Dawn Wing Couriers, The Courier Guy and Courier it. Each company has their strengths and weaknesses and we pick the best company for you. We do not facilitate collections from our factory, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us.

Our courier rates start at R89.95 for delivery to your door. There is not a flat rate and there is a slight increase in rates the more you order. However orders over R750.00 after applied discounts, and before courier charges, attract FREE Courier delivery to your door.

Orders are shipped from our factory within 1 day from when your order is completed and out of production and final inspection.

Please note that whilst we guarantee a high-quality standard of delivery time, unforeseen circumstances can arise and therefore the delivery dates are not always definite.

All orders are shipped economy, which is typically 2 working days.

A tracking reference number will be emailed to you and you are able to track the progress of your delivery via the respective courier company used, details and a tracking number and online update are provided via a confirmation email you will receive when the order is booked for collection.
